To keep track of a count of items as they are entering or leaving the warehouse.  Also, to keep track of a count when taking inventory.

How to Use       

Each person who is counting will have her own sheet on which she will keep track of what she is counting and how many she has counted.

How to Distribute Copies

No copies.  File the tally sheets with the appropriate report.  For receiving, with the GRN or receiving report; for dispatch, with the dispatch report; for a physical count of inventory, with the inventory report.
